I started Conscious Copy
& Co. in May 2015.
I was 22 years old and fresh out of college.
I started bootstrapping my little business with only a few connections in the digital marketing industry.
My dream was to help some of the world’s top personal development and business leaders who made such a huge impact on my life through their online courses, events, podcasts, and training.
I wanted to be part of sharing their messages further and wider to help impact more people. (You can read the full story of why & how I built Conscious Copy & Co. here)
Fast forward seven years, and my team and I have had the honor of bringing that vision to life. (And in many ways, it was even better than I could have imagined.)
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with household names like Tony Robbins, Joe Polish, Cameron Herold, Dan Sullivan, JJ Virgin, Allison Maslan, Brendon Burchard, Sally Hogshead, Eben Pagan, Bulletproof Coffee, Billy Gene Shaw, and hundreds of other brilliant thought leaders + companies.
Some of the other highlights of the past seven years include:
In building the company from scratch, I have failed a lot, learned a lot, grown a lot, and changed a lot over the past seven years.
Within that timeline, I got engaged to the man of my dreams, moved across the country, and invested over $1M+ in my own healing and evolution as a human (therapy, coaches, plant medicine, leadership training, etc.) and have done a lot of self-inquiry to discover where my time, energy, and gifts are best utilized during this precious time I have on earth.
The journey has been a powerful and humbling curriculum for my evolution as a leader and human.
Throughout my journey, I kept receiving clues about what my next chapter in business was meant to be.
Clues that were so clear, it was impossible for me to ignore.
It first started in the early stages of building Conscious Copy & Co.
(A Vivid Vision document paints a clear picture of exactly what you want your company to look and feel like three years into the future as if it’s already happened.)
So I created my own Vivid Vision and used it as my North Star for decision-making and to create focus and alignment as I built my team. Fast forward, and most of what I wrote down in those first three years came true.
Cameron reached out to me and asked if I’d be willing to help some of his CEO clients create their own Vivid Vision documents.
Since I saw the Vivid Vision as the sales page for a company’s future, and therefore relevant to copywriting, I decided that my team and I should give it a shot.
Fast forward, and even though helping entrepreneurs and CEOs with their Vivid Vision was our secondary focus for many years, my team and I have helped almost 500 entrepreneurs/CEOs through our 1:1 process to clarify and communicate their three-year vision and turn it into a Vivid Vision document.
Everything from start-ups to publicly traded companies and industries like manufacturing to AI and real estate. From 7 to 8 to multiple 9-figure companies.
In 2019, I started to get the sense there was a big change unfolding.
When I looked at the areas of my business that I loved and brought me to life, it always led back to helping entrepreneurs and leaders through the inquiry process of clarifying and communicating their next big vision.
Clients would come to our copywriting agency saying they wanted help with a marketing campaign.
More often than not, they thought they just needed more leads, better marketing, and a more skilled team, and all their problems would be solved. (It was only for about 20% of clients, that was actually true).
However, with a quick look under the hood of their business, it was clear they were constantly playing business in a state of defense.
When I’d ask the question, “What’s the overall vision?” so I could get a better idea of the best marketing strategy, I’d often be met with a blank stare and a reply along the lines of, “The vision? I just want to make more money…” (which is the effect, not the cause).
But, when we first created a Vivid Vision for the company, we were able to be so much more helpful in building out their messaging and marketing because everyone was clear, focused, and aligned on where they were headed and why it mattered.
As I continued my own personal journey and self-inquiry, the common thread weaved through it all was… VISION.
If you ask anyone that knows me, they’ll tell you I’ve been eating, breathing, and living this vision stuff since I was a kid.
So it was so exciting to me to take these two worlds (copywriting/messaging + vision) and merge them together to help entrepreneurs get the complicated web living in their mind called a vision and be able to explain it in a potent way that would rally people around it and bring it to life.
In 2020 I created the new three-year Vivid Vision for Conscious Copy & Co. and realized that I was trying to fit two brands that were fundamentally different under the same umbrella of Conscious Copy & Co. & Vivid Vision.
So for about 18 months, I wrestled with what I wanted my own company’s future to look like.
At my core, I knew what I really wanted. However, now that I look back… I was stuck in a false sense of ‘confusion’ because it was much more convenient to be confused than to be radically honest with myself and admit it because I knew it would require a lot of changes and would affect a lot of people to begin the transition that I felt was on the horizon.
I knew in my heart that I didn’t want to continue to build Conscious Copy & Co. as it was.
But I also didn’t yet know how to make the transition that honored the people, the brand, and everything involved in the evolution and shift.
At this point, we had helped hundreds of other entrepreneurs go through the process of creating their Vivid Vision.
So I had a sense that I was going through what I witnessed several of my clients go through, which felt like an initiation to step into my own next big vision.
I got to learn how courageous this work is because sometimes it requires letting go of things that are considered great so we can make room for the extraordinary.
Conscious Copy & Co. has been great… and I was feeling a strong pull to go for the extraordinary.
Once I was fully honest with myself, I made the decision to start making the shift.
In early 2021, we brought on our last agency copywriting client.
It happened to be the Tony Robbins and Lifeforce book launch. Having this be the last big copywriting project felt surreal and like the perfect crescendo moment.
Being able to help one of the world’s biggest thought leaders and spread the wildly important message of regenerative health (especially in Covid times) was an absolute honor and privilege.
By May 2022, we wrapped up all of our final copywriting /messaging programs and commitments we made to our clients.
We secured an official partnership with Cameron Herold and are the only licensed company in the world to help organizations with Vivid Vision®.
So for the majority of 2022, we’ve been dialing in our process to help entrepreneurs get to the core of what they are here to really build and create (both in their organizations and also their life). (More on this down below!)
Throughout my own journey, I’ve gotten to be one of my very own case studies of our method and refine our process.
The Evolution of Conscious Copy & Co. Into Vision Driven
For months, I sat with how I wanted to complete my Conscious Copy & Co. chapter.
My intention for Conscious Copy & Co. was always to help bring helpful messages and solutions into the world. Also, to show people that online marketing doesn’t have to feel sleazy and salesy. You can come from a service-driven place in your marketing.
I explored many different options and possibilities and, ultimately, I decided that we’re going to do one final” Farewell Launch” for Conscious Copy & Co. in January 2023.
We’re packaging our best high-converting copywriting training, templates, and swipe files for those that want help to clarify their message and write copy that connects & converts into a self-study course.
The launch will be open on January 10th and close on January 20th, 2023.
We’re going to offer all of our courses and training around Conscious Copy and messaging at a tiny fraction of what the investment cost in the past.
The intention behind the “Farewell Launch” is to serve as a tribute to the past seven years and to give back to our amazing community.

A BIG Thank You To The People That Made This Vision A Reality
I am BEYOND grateful to my team that’s poured their time and life force into helping to build an amazing brand and serve our clients with so much love and care.
I am so thankful to every single person that has invested in our products, services, workshops, and training. It’s because of you that we’ve been able to make a bigger difference in the world.
I’m grateful for all of the people who believed in me early on and bet on me, especially my mentor and dear friend Joe Polish. Joe always believed in me as a copywriter and was the first domino for me that snowballed a lot of my success.
So What’s Next?
Ironically, it’s been in the works for six years. And it isn’t radically different, but it feels so much more expansive and aligned with my greater vision.
I’m taking the “vision division” of the old company and branching it into its own company. The name?
At Vision Driven, we’re here to help entrepreneurs get to the core of what they’re really here to do—To help them define and refine their next big vision.
To help them communicate it so they can create focus and alignment with those around them (team, vendors, partners, clients, customers) and bring that vision to life.
This Is How We Support
1 ) Vivid Vision®
We continue to have an official partnership with Cameron Herold & Vivid Vision® to help entrepreneurs/CEOs create the Vivid Vision tool so they can attract & retain top talent, align and focus their team, gain clarity when scaling up, and motivate the team, even in challenging circumstances.
Our team has helped almost 500 companies create their Vivid Vision and are committed to helping 1,000+ more in the next three years.
2 ) Vision Retreats & Intensives
One of my favorite offers is our Vision Retreats. Over three and a half days, our team guides high-level entrepreneurs through a very intentional process to help them get to the core of what it is they really want next.
Not just to get clear in business (although that is a big piece) but in all areas of their life (health, relationships, wealth, lifestyle).
At the time of my writing this, we have our third retreat coming up in Austin, TX, where 30 successful entrepreneurs are flying in from all over the world.
Many of the entrepreneurs who have attended are at the top of their industries. Many have been mentors and coaches of mine, so it’s been an absolute honor to get to serve leaders at the top of their game to help them laser in on what’s next.
3) Vision Workshops & The Vision Amplifier Experience
I’ve been traveling around to different entrepreneurial groups to speak on vision. For example, I recently led a Vision Workshop for EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) San Diego and have EO LA, the Bay Area, and Seattle in the calendar for 2023 so far.
Also, my fiance Alex and I developed an experience for entrepreneurs called The Vision Amplifier Experience. It uses a combination of breathwork, guided visualization, and intentionally architected music DJ’d live to help entrepreneurs get into what we call a ‘vision state’ to help them access more creativity, innovation, and inspiration.
We kicked off leading it at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica last year. Since then, we’ve led it for groups including EO, Mindshare Mastermind, Four Rooms Mastermind (formerly Mimosa), Impact Millions, and several others. It seems to have a life of its own, and we use it as a core tool as part of the Vivid Vision Retreats.
We’ve come a long way, and in many ways, I feel like we’re just getting started!
I’m excited about this next chapter and hope you’ll come along for the ride.
Hold the vision,
– Jennifer Hudye
